Kadriye Ö. and Rukiye Ö., tenth-grade students from Darüşşafaka High School, successfully reached the finals of the i-MAT Project Contest, organized by the Mathematics Education Cooperative.
The students from Darüşşafaka showcased their project entitled “Deriving Formulas That Express the Total of the Products of a Single Geometric Progression When Multiplied by Three Distinct Arithmetic Progressions Using Reduction Relations” at the 3.14 -II. Mathematical Education Summit in Ankara on Sunday, April 12. Their work was recognized with an honorable mention, reflecting the quality of their project and presentation.
