Rukiye Ö., a 9th-grade student at Darüşşafaka High School, achieved a gold medal in the Türkiye Mathematics Competition. This competition, which garnered participation from 1,232 organizations and 12,400 students this year, was a collaborative effort organized by mathematicians from various universities and schools across Türkiye.
The Türkiye Mathematics Competition award ceremony, designed to align with the Ministry of National Education’s curriculum and international academic achievements and promote advanced-level mathematical skills among students, took place on June 1st at the Prof. Dr. Cemil Bilsel Conference Hall, Faculty of Science, Istanbul University.
