Darüşşafaka Secondary School Proudly Returns from TÜBİTAK Istanbul Regional Exhibition with Several Distinguished Awards

Two of the three projects submitted by Darüşşafaka Secondary School successfully participated in the Istanbul Regional Exhibition, held at Istanbul Technical University from April 7 to 10, 2025, as part of the 19th Secondary School Student Research Projects Competition organized by TÜBİTAK.

During the award ceremony conducted on April 10, the students’ projects from Darüşşafaka secured first place in the mathematics domain, while their biology projects achieved second place.

The project titled “Pyramid of Explorations: Numbers and Patterns“ was awarded first place in the mathematics category and will represent Darüşşafaka at the Final Exhibition scheduled to take place in May in Ankara.

This year, a total of 13,918 projects were submitted to the competition from across Türkiye, and following the preliminary evaluation, 1,200 projects from ten different disciplines were selected to participate in the regional exhibitions.
