The Final Exhibition of the 19th Secondary School Students Research Projects Competition, organized by the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK), took place at the ATO Congresium Congress and Exhibition Center in Ankara from May 25 to May 28, 2025.

Darüşşafaka Secondary School achieved first place in Türkiye with their project in the category of mathematics, entitled “Pyramid of Explorations: Numbers and Patterns.”
In the lead-up to the competition, which garnered a total of 13,918 projects from various regions across Türkiye this year, a comprehensive pre-evaluation resulted in 1,200 projects from ten distinct domains qualifying to participate in the regional exhibitions.

Darüşşafaka Secondary School participated in the Istanbul European Regional Exhibition, held at Istanbul Technical University from April 7 to 10, presenting three projects, and achieved first place in Mathematics and second place in Biology. As a result of their notable performance, Darüşşafaka Secondary School qualified to compete in the Final Exhibition in Ankara with their project, entitled “Pyramid of Explorations: Numbers and Patterns,” which was recognized as the first regional runner-up in the Mathematics category.

At the Final Exhibition, Darüşşafaka Secondary School’s project was evaluated against numerous submissions from across Türkiye and was awarded first place in Türkiye in the Mathematics category by the jury.
