Darüşşafaka High School students have made remarkable strides at the International Basic Sciences Knowledge Contest (URFODU), an event dedicated to showcasing creativity and fostering a passion for scientific research in students.
Darüşşafaka Lisesi öğrencileri, öğrencilerin yaratıcılık yeteneklerini ve bilim araştırma faaliyetlerine ilgisini ortaya çıkarmak ve geliştirmek amacıyla düzenlenen URFODU Uluslararası Bilim Temelleri Bilgi Yarışması’nda önemli başarılara imza attı.
In the 21st edition of the International Basic Sciences Knowledge Contest (URFODU), 68 students from 9th, 10th, and 11th grades of Darüşşafaka High School attended the final exams in the Mathematics category, with 42 students advancing to the first stage in Geography after excelling in the initial exams.
After the final exam in April, the outstanding achievements included two gold medals, 18 silver medals, and eight bronze medals in Mathematics. Additionally, 25 students earned 1st degree diplomas, 11 secured 2nd degree diplomas, and three achieved 3rd degree diplomas.
In the Geography category, Darüşşafaka students amassed an impressive 27 medals: 19 gold, 6 silver, and 2 bronze.
