{"id":26632,"date":"2026-03-05T15:32:00","date_gmt":"2026-03-05T12:32:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dek.k12.tr\/?p=26632"},"modified":"2026-03-11T09:35:49","modified_gmt":"2026-03-11T06:35:49","slug":"darussafaka-middle-school-students-achieve-global-rankings-at-owlypia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dek.k12.tr\/en\/darussafaka-middle-school-students-achieve-global-rankings-at-owlypia\/","title":{"rendered":"Dar\u00fc\u015f\u015fafaka Middle School Students Achieve Global Rankings at Owlypia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our students from Dar\u00fc\u015f\u015fafaka Middle School achieved outstanding results in the Owlypia International Intellectuals Challenge, held online on February 21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A total of sixteen students represented our institution in this esteemed international English academic competition, which convenes bright minds from across the globe.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"994\" height=\"778\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dek.k12.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/owlypia-gorsel-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26637\" style=\"object-fit:cover;width:640px;height:400px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dek.k12.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/owlypia-gorsel-2.png 994w, https:\/\/www.dek.k12.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/owlypia-gorsel-2-450x352.png 450w, https:\/\/www.dek.k12.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/owlypia-gorsel-2-768x601.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 994px) 100vw, 994px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result of their diligent efforts, our students secured a total of 2 Gold, 3 Silver, and 8 Bronze medals, with several ranking in the global top 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among our notable achievements, 6th-grade student, Maya A. ranked 6th globally in the Art and Design category, and Hayal B. ranked 6th globally in the Science and Technology category; and 8th-grade student Furkan G. achieved a 10th-place global ranking in the Social Sciences category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We extend our sincere congratulations to our students for their remarkable success on this global stage and express our profound gratitude to the faculty members whose guidance has been instrumental in facilitating these achievements.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our students from Dar\u00fc\u015f\u015fafaka Middle School achieved outstanding results in the Owlypia International Intellectuals Challenge, held online on February 21.
