Awards\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The students from Dar\u00fc\u015f\u015fafaka High School achieved notable recognition at the innovative writing contest organized by the Light Millennium Organization, based in New York City, for the third time on March 22, World Water Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dek.k12.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/juc1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23623\" style=\"width:640px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dek.k12.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/juc1-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.dek.k12.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/juc1-450x300.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.dek.k12.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/juc1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.dek.k12.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/juc1.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nine high school students from Dar\u00fc\u015f\u015fafaka participated in this innovative writing competition centered on the theme of \u201cWater Action Plan\u201d, aiming to enhance their writing and presenting skills in English while contributing to United Nations\u2019 sustainability goals concerning \u201cClean Water and Sanitation\u201d and \u201cLife Below Water\u201d through their proposed solutions and plans. Following a comprehensive evaluation, six students from Dar\u00fc\u015f\u015fafaka were honored with the \u201cJ.U.C. Awards\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On March 22, 2025, coinciding with World Water Day, an online ceremony was conducted in which students from Dar\u00fc\u015f\u015fafaka were recognized for their outstanding achievements, receiving awards in various categories, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Innovation &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rukiye \u2013 First Prize<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Defne \u2013 Second Prize<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kaan \u2013 Third Prize<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Innovative Writing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sinem G\u00fcl \u2013 Second Prize<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Short Story<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ya\u011fmur \u2013 Encouragement Award<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Atat\u00fcrk Society of America Jury\u2019s Special Award<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Azra&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We extend our sincerest congratulations to the students of Dar\u00fc\u015f\u015fafaka for their outstanding achievements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Light Millennium Organization<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Light Millennium Organization is a not-for-profit, non-governmental entity dedicated to human advancement.
